From Hayden's Ferry to a University City

The city has seven free ones: Clark, Creamery, Jaycee, Kiwanis, Mitchell, Papago and the Tempe Sports Complex. Papago Park, at 1000 N. College Ave., keeps the longest hours, 5 a.m. to midnight.
How many dogs may one person bring to a Tempe dog park?
No more than three per owner or handler. Each dog must be licensed and vaccinated, wear a visible current license, and stay under voice control with the handler inside the enclosure.
Do I have to pick up after my dog in Tempe?
Yes. The city's dog park rules point out that picking up your pet's waste is the law in Tempe, not just good manners.
Can an ASU student use an ESA letter for an off-campus apartment?
